This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians who implement programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.
β’ Ensure accurate record-keeping and that services are provided in alignment with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current, active BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Strong communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote position with a flexible work schedule.
β’ No specified minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program, offering support and reimbursement for acquiring licenses in additional states.
