This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client advancement and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a similar field.
β’ Prior experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, though not mandatory.
β’ Completely remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No set minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete clauses.
