This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and guarantee that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a similar discipline.
β’ Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
