This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation and adherence to ethical and clinical standards in services provided.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fully remote position with the option for flexible scheduling.
• No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
