This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients in their homes or various community environments.

• Train and oversee behavior technicians and other team members.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective and coordinated care.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client sessions and their progress.

• Stay updated with research and best practices in ABA.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to review client progress and treatment strategies.

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current BCBA certification.

• At least 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

• Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and formulating treatment plans.

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Must have reliable internet access and technology to conduct remote sessions.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
