This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients.
β’ Deliver direct ABA therapy to clients in their homes or various community environments.
β’ Train and oversee behavior technicians and other team members.
β’ Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective and coordinated care.
β’ Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Maintain precise and timely documentation of client sessions and their progress.
β’ Stay updated with research and best practices in ABA.
β’ Participate in team meetings and case conferences to review client progress and treatment strategies.
β’ Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
β’ Must possess a current BCBA certification.
β’ At least 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
β’ Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and formulating treatment plans.
β’ Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Must have reliable internet access and technology to conduct remote sessions.
β’ Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
