This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for delivering professional services such as evaluations, treatments, and counseling for parents and family units, along with networking with other professionals.
• Takes responsibility for ensuring the physical safety of clients.
• Guarantees program effectiveness through active participation in overlaps, regular audits of session documentation, collecting IOA data, and completing performance records.
• Makes programmatic modifications in line with CSLOT’s policies.
• Supervises and oversees the intake and ongoing assessment process.
• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates the efforts of assigned staff to meet clinical goals and objectives.
• Conducts assessments for clients.
• Delivers direct services to clients and their parents when suitable.
• Maintains records regarding clients’ progress.
• Provides training and oversight to behavior program staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Offers behavior training to CSLOT personnel.
• Responsible for documenting data and reporting client status to payor sources.
• Prepares an annual report on program effectiveness.
• Updates the Central Reach Calendar on a daily basis.
• Updates the Caseload Document on a daily basis.
• Provides the total number of approved hours for each client on a monthly basis.
• Conducts staff training, interviews, onboarding, and participates in evaluations for program staff.
• Will operate independently from a HIPAA-compliant home office, when appropriate.
• Adheres to CSLOT’s cancellation and make-up policy.
• Understands all CSLOT’s payor source services and authorizations.
• Performs other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• Master's Degree in a field related to Child Psychology, Behavior, or similar areas.
• Eighteen months of experience in a human services delivery system, including at least one year in a comparable program.
• Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• CPR certification obtained within the last two years.
