This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians responsible for executing the programs.

• Track clients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.

• Keep precise records and ensure services are provided in line with ethical and clinical guidelines.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and their families across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
