This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create, develop, and execute tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Work in partnership with families and other clinicians to provide exceptional care and support.
• Train, supervise, and assist entry-level staff.
• Lead and support Behavior Technicians who provide direct services.
• Utilize data collection software to assess and update client progress reports.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve ACES’ mission.
• Must currently live in California.
• Possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
• Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing client programs, ideally within the ABA field.
• Passion for training, managing, and mentoring entry-level staff.
• Fulfill requirements for criminal background checks, TB tests, and immunizations.
• Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families impacted by autism and special needs.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year.
• Performance-based incentives of up to $30,000 annually.
