Bank Policy Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold thorough banking policies, procedures, and internal documentation.

• Ensure compliance with Anguilla's regulatory standards and labor laws.

• Work in conjunction with the Legal team to revise policies in response to changing fintech regulations and cross-border partnership agreements.

• Manage policy repositories to facilitate audit preparedness and compliance.

• Proven experience in drafting policies for financial institutions or fintech organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Familiarity with or a quick learning ability regarding Anguilla's legal and regulatory landscapes.
