This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Handling customer emails through a ticketing system
• Maintenance and follow-up with existing customers
• Telephone support
• Processing customer records
• Native German speaker
• Basic computer skills
• Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, internet, laptop or PC, noise-cancelling headset)
• Motivation and willingness to perform
• 100% remote work
• Working hours between 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (German time)
• Maximum of 40 hours from Monday to Friday (weekends off)
• 20 vacation days + all public holidays in Germany off
• Regular coaching sessions in various areas
