Backend Software Engineer – Staff/Principal

• Play an essential role in defining the technical direction and architecture of our software platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.

• Significant professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing, building, and evolving complex software systems over several years.

• Demonstrate a robust understanding of software design principles, patterns, and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin, Rust, C++, etc.

• Expertise in backend development for data-intensive applications.

• Experience with databases such as Postgres or MySQL.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proven leadership capabilities, with a talent for guiding and mentoring junior engineers.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork in a cross-functional environment.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
