• You are adept at working closely with production: troubleshooting incidents, comprehending system behavior, enhancing observability, and increasing service reliability.
• You enjoy addressing low-level and systemic challenges, not just delivering new features.
• You prioritize performance, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and operational simplicity.
• You are pragmatic: able to move swiftly when necessary, yet aware of when stability, safety, and maintainability take precedence.
• You demonstrate **ownership**, ensuring follow-through and progress even in ambiguous situations.
• You have an interest in data and SQL, and you are eager to understand the workings of real-time analytical systems.
• You communicate effectively in writing, which is crucial as we operate asynchronously, document decisions, write operational notes, and share context across teams.
• You utilize **AI tools** such as Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or others to enhance productivity, avoid obstacles, and refine your work processes.
• You are proficient in **English and Spanish**. English is the primary language used at Tinybird, while Spanish is commonly spoken within the Platform team.
• You are open to participating in on-call rotations, not only to maintain service health but also to gain insights into the real challenges faced by our customers and internal teams.
• 22 days of vacation per year (in addition to your birthday and public holidays).
• Flexibility to work from any location that suits you best.
• We offer up to €2,400 to assist you in establishing your home workspace.
