This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Design and execute multi-file coding assignments that include bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, and testing.

• Create clear specifications in natural language along with corresponding reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance both unit and integration testing suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure scenarios.

• Ensure that specifications, code, and expected outputs are in alignment.

• Advanced proficiency in written English at a professional level.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production systems.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.
