📋 Description

• Solely accountable for the deployment of our HYDMedia ECM® system at client locations

• Setting up and updating HYDMedia ECM within Kubernetes environments

• Managing and maintaining current Kubernetes installations

• Providing guidance and training to our clients

• Creating and preparing documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent degree/studies

• Relevant professional experience in diverse system environments

• Comprehension of IT infrastructures

• Independent, accountable, and goal-oriented working approach

• Proficient in both written and spoken German

• Willingness to travel on occasion

• Experience with Kubernetes application operations

• Proficient use of kubectl for analysis and troubleshooting: reviewing Pods, Deployments, Services, Events, and Logs

• Capability to interpret resource status

• Basic debugging skills (e.g., describe, logs, exec)

• Understanding of fundamental Kubernetes concepts for application operations: Namespaces, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets

• Experience working with PersistentVolumes / PVCs

• Ability to utilize Helm for installing, updating, or configuring applications: understanding chart structure, modifying values, installing/upgrading Helm releases, and performing rollbacks

• Strong knowledge of Linux environments: navigation, filesystem, SSH, permissions (chmod/chown)

• Basic familiarity with systemd (monitoring services, reviewing logs)

• Understanding of TLS certificates: certificate chains, import, renewal, handling PEM/CRT/PFX formats

• Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or Oracle: troubleshooting connection issues, executing simple queries, and a fundamental understanding of transactions
