Back Office Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Gather and oversee data from surveys carried out on the internal portal, importing the information into the internal database within Power BI to maintain up-to-date daily and monthly reports and facilitate the initiation of presentations on this subject.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Office), Power BI, and other tools that aid in report creation and support decision-making within the department.

• Analyze data in collaboration with each dealership, taking into account all off-road vehicle brands, and communicate with dealerships to indicate the commencement and conclusion of data collection, as well as send reminders before the closure.

• Process and clean the compiled data for publication in Power BI, sharing this operational dataset with other internal departments to ensure that feedback is given to each customer awaiting the resolution of their after-sales concerns.

• Ensure that the information presented in weekly technical meetings (data collection, management, and alerts for stationary vehicles) is reliable and can enhance customer satisfaction in after-sales.

• Manage and categorize key performance indicators such as VOR, NPS, and warranty claim transmission time, delivering a monthly report to the dealership network.

• Assist in the development of new methodologies in collaboration with partner departments by evaluating feasibility, reviewing action history, preparing improvement plans, executing, and measuring outcomes.

• Identify and organize "Lost" and "Recovered" opportunities, track closed and active campaigns, and support the field team with updated information through monthly reports.

• Foster positive working relationships with the company’s key partner areas as well as the dealership network.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in process enhancement and data analysis.

• Familiarity with quality tools (SWOT, PDCA, among others).

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Forms).

• Strong Power BI expertise.

• Desired: knowledge of Bizagi, Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2), and Python.

• Intermediate level of English.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
