• Significant experience as a Back-end Developer (Mid-level or Senior)

• Expertise in at least one modern back-end programming language (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET, Go, Python)

• Familiarity with REST APIs, relational databases, and/or NoSQL databases

• Proficient in version control using Git and practices for code review

• Understanding of microservices architecture, automated testing, and security best practices

• Capability to collaborate within agile teams and articulate ideas effectively

• Experience in innovation teams, digital labs, or SaaS product teams (preferred)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD (preferred)

• Experience with messaging systems, queues, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) (preferred)
