This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Transforming qualified leads: You will follow up with individuals who have previously shown interest in a green energy contract with ilek. Your mission? Close the sale with style.
• Customer retention & loyalty: You serve as the final safeguard in persuading our customers to remain engaged with the ilek experience.
• Guidance & education: You are more than just a salesperson; you are an energy specialist (knowledgeable about the challenges of the energy transition, optimal consumption practices, etc.); that's why we provide two weeks of training at the outset.
• Performance: You uphold a high conversion rate and navigate your performance metrics with skill.
• You possess previous successful experience in telephone sales.
• You are adept with various software tools, skilled in Google Workspace, and ideally, Notion and Slack.
• You are motivated by challenges and have a commercial mindset: a customer's “no” represents a new challenge for you to tackle!
• You exhibit resilience and do not become disheartened by refusals.
• You possess strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion abilities: you engage actively to enhance your convincing power.
• You demonstrate effective stress and emotional management.
• You are organized and meticulous.
• Preferred: a genuine passion for the energy sector and, more broadly, topics related to ecological transition. It’s simpler to promote what you genuinely believe in!
