This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Reporting to the Head of B2C Partners, you will be responsible for spearheading the company's sales and business development initiatives across CIS and Asian markets.
• Enhance existing sales, explore new business prospects, establish optimal go-to-market strategies for each country, and negotiate commercial agreements with local partners.
• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term sales strategies for the designated territories.
• Oversee key partnerships through regular commercial visits and business evaluations.
• Analyze, negotiate, finalize, and manage new commercial agreements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business or Area Manager within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Extensive experience in international sales, distribution, and partner management.
• Strong negotiation capabilities coupled with a solid commercial insight.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Business Master is preferred).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
