B2B Manager – Grocery Retail (LEH), ESN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist in the execution of the B2B go-to-market strategy, encompassing assortment planning, promotions, and point-of-sale activations.

• You are responsible for creating and maintaining sales and presentation tools that enhance the efficiency of our Key Account Managers and field sales teams.

• You will monitor key KPIs and sales metrics, generate reports, and formulate initial recommendations for action.

• You will facilitate coordination with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Operations, and Category Management.

• You will organize meetings, prepare updates on internal B2B brand news, and ensure that content remains current.

• You will aid in the preparation of innovation sell-in toolkits to optimally showcase new products in retail.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a master’s degree is preferable).

• You have some professional experience in Sales or Marketing within the B2B grocery retail sector.

• You demonstrate a strong numerical aptitude and enjoy analyzing data while creating clear visualizations.

• You are an organizational expert with a structured approach to work and are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• You are an effective communicator, proactive thinker, and actively contribute to process enhancements.

• You enjoy teamwork and maintain clarity even in a fast-paced environment.

• You have business-fluent German and good English skills, enabling you to confidently engage with various stakeholders.
