AWS Full Stack Developer – Amazon Kinesis, AWS Connect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Solution Design and Architecture: Create and implement AWS architecture for the migration of call recordings and analytics.

• Evaluate the current integration of Amazon Connect and Calabrio.

• Establish migration strategies for historical recordings, transcripts, and related metadata.

• Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code utilizing AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.

• Backend Development: Construct serverless and microservices-based applications.

• Create APIs and automation tools for migrating recordings and metadata.

• Front-End Development: Build dashboards and administrative applications.

• Develop interfaces for monitoring migration and operational reporting.

• Data Migration and Validation: Create automated scripts and carry out data validation.

• Ensure chain of custody and maintain auditability throughout the migration process.

• DevOps and Automation: Construct and sustain CI/CD pipelines.

• Security and Compliance: Enforce encryption, access controls, and audit logging.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with contact center, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in application development on AWS.

• More than 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect.

• Familiarity with Amazon Connect Contact Lens and/or call recording analytics platforms.

• Experience with integrating Calabrio or similar workforce and recording solutions.

• Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, or Java.

• Front-end development experience using React or Angular.

• Expertise in REST APIs, serverless architecture, and event-driven design.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation.

• Solid understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and testing methodologies.
