AVP, Revenue Cycle – Front End

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic and operational guidance for patient access and revenue cycle operations.

• Manage all facets of patient access and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain programs that improve access to healthcare.

• Partner with corporate leaders to establish effective patient access strategies.

• Lead efforts to standardize compliant patient access practices throughout the organization.

• Oversee monitoring and adherence to regulatory agency requirements.

• Work alongside IT to integrate consumer-centric technology into patient access workflows.

• Formulate disaster recovery strategies in collaboration with partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, with 4 of those years in leadership or management roles.

• At least 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly in Patient Access and Front-End operations.

• Preferred: Finance Professional focusing on Revenue Cycle.

• Preferred: Licensed Reimbursement Specialist credentialed by the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) through the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) is preferred.
