This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Implement distribution strategies in collaboration with PI RVPs, Regional Presidents, Regional Executives, Regional Directors, and both HO & Local Business Distribution Leaders.
• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key collaborators.
• Ensure a high level of visibility and engage consistently to comprehend partner performance, products/services, strategic plans, and market trends, effectively navigating the organization to foster deeper, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Coordinate, collaborate, inform, and facilitate with all business groups, including the PI Regional leadership team, BI, and Enterprise Distribution Management, regarding initiatives, broker requests, escalations, guidance, and support for messaging.
• Enhance sales organizational capability by overseeing the development of strategies through sales resources and advanced technological practices.
• Assess and propose innovations and implementations for the PI roadmap.
• Collaborate with the field or Agencies to prioritize and develop capabilities that enhance sales processes and improve execution quality.
• Promote a culture of continuous process improvement within the organization.
• Monitor and strive to uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and adoption of support efforts, resources, tools, and deliverables.
• Advise senior management on strategies for executing changes in business operations.
• Prepare and submit regular status updates on current projects to senior management.
• Work alongside other divisions (Finance, Product, Platform, Distribution, Training, Marketing, Communications, etc.) to provide support and establish partnerships.
• Manage the communication of goals between business units to ensure our sales strategy consistently maintains a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• Supervise the accuracy and efficient dissemination of sales data and other critical intelligence necessary for the sales organization.
• Lead a team dedicated to fostering relationships, enhancing results, and executing on distribution initiatives.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in Sales Leadership.
• At least three years of experience in project ownership and management.
• Candidates with experience and knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products and Independent Agency and Sales operations are preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships and influence business partners across all functions and levels.
• Capability to interpret data for trend analysis and recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to all leadership levels and attentively respond to customer needs.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of industry techniques, methodologies, emerging technologies, and business management advancements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively guide, develop, and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently while ensuring timely completion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to thoroughly analyze information for sound decision-making.
• Solid understanding of the property casualty business, including competitive market dynamics, company services, and operational priorities and strategies.
• Strong capability to identify and address customer needs with a commitment to delivering superior service.
