This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Ensuring that the company's aircraft are maintained in accordance with the Company Manual, FAR regulations, and Part 135 guidelines.
• Conducting internal and vendor audits to verify that the necessary qualifications are met for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of company aircraft.
• Assisting with the CASS Program.
• Responsible for gathering data used to evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance and inspection program.
• Monitoring corrective actions established by the CASS committee.
• Overseeing compliance with FAR regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Reviewing return to service documentation and updates for maintenance tracking.
• Auditing aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair for appropriate work scope, qualified personnel, proper tooling, and necessary equipment.
• Monitoring procurement policies to ensure that all parts and materials used in aircraft maintenance are properly certified.
• Implementing changes to maintenance and inspection procedures and methods as needed.
• Relevant experience in Part 135 is essential.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A&P License.
• Proficient general computer skills.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is advantageous.
