Automotive Mobile Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service and customer support during on-site visits.

• Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment to diagnose, test, and repair vehicles.

• Conduct inspections, scheduled maintenance, and repairs adhering to company and manufacturer standards.

• Execute light and medium-duty repairs in areas including: Heating and air conditioning, Electrical and electronic systems, Brakes, drivetrain, suspension, and steering, Transmissions and transaxles, Gas and diesel engine performance repairs.

• Timely submission of accurate work orders and documentation is essential.

• Assess vehicles for maintenance needs, warranty issues, or upgrades.

• Provide customer training on product usage and maintenance as required.

• Address customer concerns promptly while ensuring effective communication.

• Safely operate shop equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Strive to achieve and sustain an efficiency level of 85% or higher.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in an automotive service facility (light or medium duty) is necessary.

• Experience in one or more areas: Automobile (A1-9), Medium/Heavy Truck (T1-8), School Bus (S1-7), Transit Bus (H1-8) is preferred.

• Capability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License with passenger and air brake endorsements.

• Successful completion of ASE certification tests is required.

• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities with the ability to work independently.

• A professional, customer-oriented demeanor combined with excellent communication skills.

• Leadership traits and the ability to train or mentor others when necessary.

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-focused.
