Automotive Design & Manufacturing Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead technical engagements with customers and facilitate workflow analysis.

• Create the Customer Technical Vision (CTV) and formulate Customer Outcome proposals (COP).

• Drive technical exploration across various workflows and systems.

• Collect, document, and validate technical requirements.

• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

• Identify expansion opportunities proactively to foster growth.

• Coordinate with specialists for demonstrations and technical discussions.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to define opportunity strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• 2-5 years of industry experience or expertise in Autodesk.

• Solid understanding of software applications, SaaS platforms, or technical workflows.

• Proven experience in cultivating long-term relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong passion for customer-facing technical roles, along with developing storytelling and persuasion abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to grasp complex technologies and industry workflows.

• Capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time across North America and Europe.
