Automotive Customer Service Representative, Bilingual – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +38 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their inquiries or concerns (in both English and Spanish).

• Effectively and calmly work to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise.

• Appropriately escalate interactions when necessary.

• Respond to requests for assistance and facilitate possible payment processing.

• Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Provide constructive feedback regarding call-related issues.

• Upsell products or services as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Capable of typing a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Familiar with desktop computer systems and possess basic knowledge of Windows-based applications.

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
