This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +38 more states.
β’ Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their inquiries or concerns (in both English and Spanish).
β’ Effectively and calmly work to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise.
β’ Appropriately escalate interactions when necessary.
β’ Respond to requests for assistance and facilitate possible payment processing.
β’ Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
β’ Provide constructive feedback regarding call-related issues.
β’ Upsell products or services as needed.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Capable of typing a minimum of 25 words per minute.
β’ Familiar with desktop computer systems and possess basic knowledge of Windows-based applications.
β’ Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
β’ A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
