This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute all responsibilities of an F&I Manager in alignment with sound business practices.
• Meet performance benchmarks established by the company or set by leadership.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in client performance and processes.
• Plan, organize, and conduct meetings with clients as necessary.
• Provide training as needed to relevant dealership staff.
• Discover new opportunities for applicable Assurant Dealer Services products.
• Ensure timely completion of all reports for the Home Office.
• Prepare and submit expense reports during business travel (if applicable).
• Arrange and manage all airline, hotel, and car rental bookings.
• Address any tasks assigned by the Program Administrator, Director of Training, or other company personnel.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail automotive dealership, particularly in F&I.
• In-depth understanding of retail automobile dealership operations.
• Current state licensing required for the designated territory, or the capability to obtain licensing post-training.
• Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
• At least two years of experience in sales, management, and customer relations is necessary.
• Strong sales abilities.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is required.
• Must be a collaborative team player, yet capable of working independently.
