This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Conduct quality assurance on movie and TV metadata by diligently adhering to testing instructions and test cases.
β’ Ensure that content review and curation align with project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, as well as client-preferred checklists and glossaries.
β’ Complete assigned tasks to a high standard and within deadlines, including repetitive tasks.
β’ Quickly and effectively prioritize tasks and issues, particularly as requirements evolve.
β’ Analyze workflow data and operational performance to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
β’ Document findings, create a prioritized backlog, and convert your insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Project Managers and leadership.
β’ Monitor the impact of the solutions you implement and refine them based on feedback and performance metrics.
β’ Design, develop, and deploy automation and AI-assisted tools using approved platforms, under the supervision of your Project Manager.
β’ Utilize scripting or programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to create robust, maintainable solutions, beginning with proofs of concept and progressing to a consistent delivery cadence.
β’ Generate clear documentation and share knowledge with the broader team to facilitate the adoption of your creations. Stay updated on emerging AI and automation tools and bring innovative ideas back to the team.
β’ No minimum degree requirement. Relevant technical certifications or demonstrable equivalent experience will be taken into consideration.
β’ A strong passion for and knowledge of the film and TV industry.
β’ Established analytical skills β capable of examining complex workflows, identifying root causes of issues, and independently designing structured solutions.
β’ Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent).
β’ Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications, including macros, formulas, and data models.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or business level), with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and navigate ambiguity with sound judgement.
β’ Highly organized and self-motivated, able to maintain motivation and deliver consistent results β even on repetitive tasks β in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
β’ Practical experience with automation tools, scripting, or AI-assisted workflows in a professional or project environment.
β’ Background in data operations, content review, localization, or a related field.
β’ Familiarity with automation platforms and AI tools; experience with prompt engineering.
β’ Proficiency in one or more additional languages at a business level.
