Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee comprehensive GoHighLevel client systems, encompassing funnels, landing pages, surveys, workflows, pipelines, calendars, and CRM automations.

• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot integrations such as Meta Conversion API (CAPI), webhooks, APIs, Zapier, and Make.com.

• Identify and resolve GoHighLevel issues, guaranteeing same-day responses for requests, fixes, and system updates.

• Utilize AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT) on a daily basis to create, debug, document, and enhance automations.

• Continuously refine systems by developing reusable snapshots, SOPs, and automation templates while proactively spotting opportunities for increased efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate effectively in a remote, asynchronous workspace with clear written communication and Loom documentation.

• Uphold a high standard of quality, ensuring that at least 80% of builds pass internal review without requiring any rework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of practical GoHighLevel experience within an agency or multi-client setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in constructing end-to-end GoHighLevel systems, including funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, and automation processes.

• Extensive experience with Meta Conversion API (CAPI), APIs, webhooks, and CRM/marketing automation integrations.

• Daily user of AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar) for constructing, debugging, and documenting, with the capability to showcase real-world application.

• Strong grasp of lead generation funnels, marketing automation, and CRM best practices.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills, comfortable with asynchronous communication and Loom recordings.

• Available for full-time work during U.S. Pacific (PST) business hours.
