Automation & Controls Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide technical training to distributors and partners to enhance their understanding of products and improve service capabilities.

• Set up and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.

• Evaluate system performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Offer suggestions on system configurations, programming, and operational enhancements.

• Collaborate with the Sales team during customer visits to assist in new business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic) or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in automation and control systems engineering.

• In-depth knowledge of electronics, PLC-controlled systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Experience in training or providing support to distributors or partners.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively across the United States.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
