This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Analyze, document, and model business processes for external clients as well as internal departments.

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and on-site observations with clerical staff, team leaders, and subject matter experts.

• Critically evaluate existing processes: identify weaknesses, gaps in information flow, manual tasks, and opportunities for automation.

• Generate clear, structured, and technically actionable requirements for our engineering team.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and comprehensive.

• Support the implementation process: clarify technical inquiries, assist with testing, and gather feedback from business units.

• Document processes, requirements, and outcomes meticulously.

• Proactively contribute to shaping DATAGROUP’s internal process landscape.

• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related qualification.

• Several years of experience in process analysis, IT consulting, business analysis, or requirements engineering.

• Proven project experience in process capture or requirements definition.

• Capability to swiftly comprehend new workflows and identify patterns and weaknesses.

• Confident communicator with clerical staff, team leaders, and management.

• Skill in refining vague requirements into precise specifications.

• Basic technical knowledge (APIs, databases, workflows, interfaces, automation tools).

• Willingness to travel as needed.
