Auto Damage Trainee, Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Offer comfort and practical solutions that positively impact our customers' lives when they require assistance following an accident.

• Evaluate and analyze vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate fair settlements, and collaborate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers.

• Engage with all parties involved, examine insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, draft estimates, and oversee rental car arrangements.

• Address customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory experience.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through impactful interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in customer-facing roles.

• Prior experience in high-volume call centers with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurable objectives is preferred.

• Active Adjusters license is preferred (training and exam costs will be covered).

• A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

• A valid driver's license that complies with company underwriting criteria is required.

• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and empathy are essential.

• Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks across various platforms.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
