This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Investigate and validate the facts surrounding losses related to both basic and complex automobile accidents.
β’ Assess coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.
β’ Adjust and negotiate claims within the established authority limits.
β’ Take complete responsibility for the claims process from inception to resolution.
β’ Collaborate with designated fraud or subrogation representatives to ensure optimal outcomes.
β’ Recognize and identify vehicle components while understanding other possible property damages.
β’ Identify customer needs and address them using effective customer service techniques.
β’ Evaluate potential subrogation or fraud scenarios and determine the appropriate handling methods.
β’ Utilize an intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies as well as organizational dynamics.
β’ Thoroughly investigate all facets of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising discretion and independence under an increased level of authority.
β’ No supervisory responsibilities involved.
β’ Candidates are preferred to reside in the PST and MST time zones.
β’ Capability to take complete ownership of claims throughout the entire process.
β’ Highly organized, proactive, and excellent at communication.
β’ Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Familiarity with automobile insurance claims.
β’ Skills in case management, claims administration, claims resolution, and claims review.
β’ Strong customer service abilities.
β’ Proficiency in insurance claims investigation.
β’ Skills in task organization and time management.
β’ Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

β’ Individuals with an active insurance license must cancel all current appointments prior to onboarding and cannot hold outside appointments during employment.
β’ Applicants holding a resident producer license must formally surrender it when directed by the licensing team.
