• Assist in broadening our training offerings within the realm of foster child welfare and full-time foster care, in accordance with § 33 SGB VIII.
• Curriculum and topic development: Participate in the collaborative creation and continuous improvement of a curriculum and topic framework for foster child welfare and full-time foster care.
• In-depth literature research: Perform thorough investigations of contemporary professional literature along with evidence-based methodologies and best practices.
• Development of practical training materials: Create subject-specific educational resources for professionals involved in foster child welfare, utilizing both existing concepts and collaboratively developed frameworks.
• Editing and proofreading: Revise current texts for both language accuracy and subject matter content.
• Quality assurance: Guarantee a clear and precise presentation of information while ensuring that all texts are linguistically sound and technically accurate.
• Enhancement of learning materials: Actively engage in the strategic improvement of our training programs by identifying relevant sector trends and best practices, incorporating them into the courses.
• Professional qualification: You possess a degree in Social Work, Social or Curative Education, Childhood or Special Education, Educational Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Additional qualifications: A supplementary qualification or extensive experience in trauma, attachment, psychological challenges in childhood, or related fields is advantageous.
• Practical experience: Hands-on experience in foster child welfare (full-time foster care under § 33 SGB VIII) or in related areas of child and youth welfare is highly preferred.
• Language skills: You exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen sense for target-group-appropriate and user-friendly text formulation.
• Quality awareness: You approach your work with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all content adheres to the highest professional and linguistic standards.
