Audit Senior Manager – Insurance

📋 Description

• Oversee audit engagements within the Insurance sector.

• Deliver exceptional client service and foster strong client relationships.

• Manage audit initiatives while applying robust analytical and project management capabilities.

• Guide and mentor A&A associates.

• Assist with client projects across various commercial sectors.

• Participate in business development efforts.

• Travel occasionally within the region.

• Engage with professionals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.

• CPA certification is mandatory.

• Must possess an active CPA license.

• Experience in conducting Insurance Audits is essential.

• Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop A&A associates.

• Commitment to exceptional client service.

• Strong sense of integrity.

• Proven leadership capabilities.

• A strong sense of urgency is required.

• Business development experience is advantageous.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
