• Conduct comprehensive analyses to uncover the root causes of client obstacles.

• Exhibit thought leadership by establishing authoritative Insights positions.

• Investigate, analyze, and forecast market trends and shifts.

• Offer clients and prospects actionable advice.

• Design and present high-value presentation materials.

• Support sales by acting as the voice of the market.

• Establish credibility as an industry expert.

• Engage actively in discussions surrounding innovation, ideation, and research.

• Identify enhancements in research processes or create new methodologies.

• Serve as a mentor and coach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in Internal Audit and/or Assurance functions.

• Exceptional research and writing skills.

• Established experience in SOX compliance and internal control environments.

• Proven ability to lead and deliver internal audit and second-line assurance engagements.

• Profound understanding of internal control frameworks.

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end Internal Audit engagements.

• Familiarity with GRC platforms and emerging technologies.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Demonstrated executive presence.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Recognized expertise in the subject matter.

• Solid business and financial acumen.

• In-depth knowledge of the global and competitive landscape.

• Capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25%.
