Audit and Tax Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Submit proposals for a year-long engagement focused on audit and tax services.

• Perform an audit of InnovateEDU’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year concluding on June 30th.

• Prepare Federal Form 990 and CHAR500 as required by New York State.

• Provide a comprehensive Management Letter containing specific insights into internal controls.

• Deliver draft and final audited financial statements and reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with audit and tax services for education non-profits.

• Two examples of previous projects related to education/non-profit services.

• Proposed Methodology: Outline your approach for the 12-month timeline.

• Biographies of the individuals designated to work on this account.

• Detailed Budget: Provide a breakdown of costs by phase and deliverable.
