This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +15 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for sellers during their live auction journey, providing outstanding customer service from the initiation of the auction to its conclusion.
• Oversee live auction interactions, including comments and communications from sellers, and respond swiftly to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Refer complex issues to the relevant internal teams while maintaining transparent communication with sellers.
• Handle updates, modifications, and corrections to active auction listings to ensure precision and a superior user experience.
• Assist sellers whose listings are about to go live by offering guidance, addressing queries, and sharing progress updates.
• Keep precise records of auction activities, seller interactions, monitored listings, and any modifications made throughout the auction duration.
• Work collaboratively with team members by aiding in queue management and providing operational support as business needs arise.
• Participate in special projects and additional duties that contribute to the ongoing growth and success of Bring a Trailer.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, account coordination, community management, or a similar customer-facing position.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to foster trust and build positive relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Strong empathy and active listening capabilities, combined with a genuine passion for helping others achieve success.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Sound judgment and professionalism in managing sensitive or confidential information.
• Solutions-oriented approach with robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• High levels of integrity, accountability, adaptability, and teamwork.
• A keen interest in and familiarity with enthusiast, collector, or classic vehicles is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work a weekend schedule (Sun–Wed or Wed–Sun) as necessary for the role.
