Attorney (Insurance Law) – Berlin or remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for providing legal counsel and representation in cases related to administrative law.

• Engage in negotiations with opposing parties and their legal representatives.

• Prepare complaints, briefs, contracts, and various other legal documents.

• Independently oversee cases both outside of court and within court settings.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and offer insights during the product development phase.

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) licensed to practice in Germany.

• At least 1 year of experience in the field of insurance law.

• A pragmatic and solution-focused mindset.

• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of your responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
