This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding Claro Internet services through phone calls (NO SALES)

• Handle inquiries for Claro customers via telephone

• Be a part of the MDY Customer Experience call center team

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of secondary education / Junior High School

• No prior experience necessary

• Availability to work full-time during the afternoon shift (PM)

• Remote work / home office option

• 100 positions available
