Atencion al Cliente, Turno PM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries regarding billing, account balances, and statements.

• Provide customer service exclusively for CLARO clients, with no sales involved.

• Engage in remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday.

• Work during PM shifts with rotating schedules of 8 hours plus 1 hour break.

• Adhere to rotating rest days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education (essential).

• No prior experience required.

• Must own a PC or laptop with a minimum of 12 GB RAM.

• Operating system must be Windows 11 Pro.

• Minimum processor requirement: Intel Core 6th generation or Ryzen 3 and above.

• Wired internet connection is required; no WiFi.

• Functional headset with a microphone.

• Webcam required.

• Availability for full-time hours from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with rotating shifts.

• Must be available for remote training from Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
