This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service for Claro Perú

• Offer information regarding the PostPago service

• Address inquiries, questions, and complaints from customers

• Present additional benefits to clients

• Work part-time from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with shifts from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

• Available to work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off

• Complete 12 days of paid remote training, from Monday to Saturday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education (mandatory)

• Must have telecommuting tools: wired internet, PC, and headset

• Open to candidates with or without experience

• Availability for part-time work from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm

• Willingness to work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off

• Clear communication skills

• Positive attitude and strong commitment
