Atención al Cliente – No Ventas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls to assist Claro POSTPAGO customers with their inquiries and concerns.

• Provide remote customer service support.

• Participate in remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday.

• Work during the PM shift with a rotating rest schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Formal experience in customer service or sales: 3 months.

• Must have a computer or laptop for remote work.

• Windows 11 Pro.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection.

• Webcam.

• Availability for full-time PM shift.

• Willingness to adhere to a rotating rest schedule.

• A positive attitude and desire to grow and pursue a career path.
