This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reception of specific calls from Claro customers

• Provide necessary assistance and offer effective solutions

• Address customer inquiries without engaging in sales

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Completed secondary education

• Experience in customer service or ability to apply without prior experience

• Must have personal work tools

• PC or laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM

• Windows 11 Pro operating system

• Wired internet connection, no Wi-Fi

• Functional headset with microphone

• Webcam

• Availability for shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Willingness to work rotating days off
