This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

• Promote continuous improvement of testing methods and procedures.

• Lead initiatives for the implementation and innovation of testing technology.

• Develop next-generation testing capabilities and methodologies.

• Propel technological progress in testing capabilities.

• Manage test-based yield enhancement and quality improvement initiatives.

• Develop advanced yield analysis techniques and correlation methods.

• Formulate test-driven strategies for defect detection and prevention.

• Implement advanced parametric testing methods and outlier detection strategies.

• Foster quality improvements through enhanced testing coverage and accuracy.

• Act as the subject matter expert in test engineering for product and manufacturing teams.

• Lead cross-functional testing initiatives and improvement projects.

• Provide technical mentoring to test engineering teams.

• Build collaborative relationships with design, quality, and production engineering teams.

• Represent test engineering in technical forums and reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in semiconductor test engineering.

• Proven experience leading test development initiatives and optimization projects.

• Advanced understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, automated test equipment, and data analysis techniques.

• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is required.
