This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer calls from Claro Perú

• Provide guidance and address inquiries

• Manage requests and offer solutions during interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center

• Must reside in Lima

• Possess a PC or laptop with Windows 10/11

• Core i3 processor of 5th generation or higher

• At least 8 GB of RAM

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher

• USB headset required

• Education: Junior High School
