This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Aruba.

📋 Description

• Identifying potential audit challenges or atypical relationships through fundamental analysis of financial statements and communicating findings to the team.

• Accurately and clearly documenting the implementation of specific audit procedures as dictated by engagement objectives, the client's engagement history, and the planned audit strategy.

• Questioning previously employed procedures and striving to improve auditing techniques.

• Exhibiting professionalism and expertise within the client's environment.

• Maintaining a strong focus on the client, being responsive to their requests, and fostering productive working relationships with client personnel.

• Keeping up-to-date with current business and economic developments pertinent to the client's operations.

• Nurturing talent through teamwork, integrity, and leadership.

• Working collaboratively with team members to establish goals and responsibilities.

• Offering ideas and perspectives to the audit teams while being receptive to the viewpoints of other team members.

• Leveraging technology for continuous learning, sharing knowledge with colleagues, and improving service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, and/or currently pursuing a professional accounting designation such as ACCA, CA, CPA, etc.

• Experience in a relevant field will be considered advantageous.
