• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders on both the agency and client sides, presenting work with confidence and clarity.
• Contribute to continuously elevating the standards for UX, deliverables, and processes within the engagement.
• A strong portfolio showcasing distinctive work that demonstrates advanced UX skills across complex digital products or services, with clear evidence of systems thinking.
• Extensive expertise in design systems—actively contributing to, scaling, and advocating for them within multidisciplinary teams is essential.
• Experience in B2B environments—understanding the intricacies of enterprise users, workflows, and stakeholder complexities—is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Figma and relevant prototyping/collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, FigJam).
• Outstanding written, visual, and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly collaborative; a natural ally to designers and cross-functional teammates who brings clarity without imposing hierarchy.
• Detail-oriented and focused on delivery, with the ability to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment.
