This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Conduct initial evaluations and provide evidence-based therapy to a varied patient demographic.
• Administer and analyze standardized assessment tools (such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS, and others) during each session, utilizing these outcomes to actively inform treatment strategies.
• Create customized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on measurable outcomes, regularly updated in accordance with patient progress data.
• Offer telehealth services utilizing an integrated electronic health record (EHR) and outcomes platform to facilitate real-time clinical decision-making.
• Accurately document sessions in real time, ensuring that clinical notes align with treatment plan objectives and measurement-based care (MBC) findings.
• Engage in consistent supervision sessions where outcome data plays a central role in clinical discussions, rather than being an afterthought.
• Interact with patients during scheduled hours without any on-call obligations.
• A Master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution or a current associate clinical license (e.g., LMFTA, LAC, LMSW, etc.) in Pennsylvania.
• Experience or training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI, or similar approaches).
• A genuine passion for measurement-informed care, viewing outcome tools as valuable clinical resources rather than administrative tasks.
• Comfort in delivering therapy in virtual environments.
• Ability to interpret symptom scores during sessions and engage in open, collaborative discussions with patients regarding their progress.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily, including with patients who may be hesitant about tracking their symptoms.
• Self-motivated and responsive to the dynamic needs of patients and the clinical team.
