This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Tackle intricate technical challenges in Archibus to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with teams from Technical Support, Cloud Operations, Development, and Professional Services to resolve issues efficiently.
• Work directly with customer and partner teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Recognize trends in technical challenges and take proactive steps to enhance product performance.
• Maintain system reliability through proactive monitoring and optimization.
• Utilize innovative thinking to create effective solutions for technical hurdles.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Share insights internally, document best practices, and mentor fellow team members.
• Identify, document, and escalate software bugs for further analysis by the Engineering team.
• Introduce new ideas and contribute to significant initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in supporting SaaS software.
• In-depth product knowledge.
• Moderate experience with SQL Server, Azure, SSO, SAML, and APIs.
• Skilled in Web Development.
• Expertise in Cloud and Security.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
